A brand and user interface redesign. The aim was to increase brand engagement and make Cleanipedia the number one global trusted resource for cleaning advice and products.
The project started with an immersion phase to define user needs, content principles and brand identity direction. This gave us a clear direction to define user journeys, map out a site structure to build a MVP and test UX and UI designs.
As design director of the Agile team my responsibilities were to define the identity, style guide and content principles and sell it into project stakeholders. I oversaw the design team and worked closely with the lead UX, developers and strategist to realise the ambition of the project.
