A responsive web shop that is engaging, easy to use and supports an online sales growth strategy. The challenge was to simplify the online purchase journey with an uncluttered user interface to help the user find products and making check out easy. The e-shop also introduced an updated brand identity to create a unified web experience for all Girguiding digital channels. The project started with user research and stakeholder interviews to help define key user journeys and technical requirements. This was followed by brand and interface design for user testing and final design iteration. I worked closely with client stakeholders to keep front and back end functionality on track and build a successful e-commerce website.
