The brief was to simplify the online purchase journey by designing an uncluttered user interface to help the user find what they want and making it easy to purchase. The e-shop also introduced an updated brand to create a unified web experience for all Girguiding digital channels.
The project started with user research and stakeholder interviews to help define key user journeys and technical requirements. This was followed by brand and interface design for user testing. I worked closely with client stakeholders to keep front and back end functionality on track and build a successful e-commerce website.
