Designing a new b2b e-commerce experience for a leading merchandiser. I led the user experience design for Polyconcept North America (PCNA), an e-commerce B2B retailer re-platform. PCNA is one of the USA’s leading promotional product distributors who expanded their e-commerce capabilities to offer an integrated convenient ordering experience. My key responsibilities were two fold: Firstly, working with strategists to distill the various strands of research into relevant user personas, key user journeys and information architecture to define the user experience. Second, was leading the creation, evolution and documentation of the atomic design system for prototyping, testing and developer hand off.
