The brief was to reposition the UCL brand to continue to attract the most talented students. Through customer and stakeholder interviews it became clear that UCL needed a central web portal for current and prospective students to get relevant information on courses and the student life experience.
With insights gained a new page architecture and evolved brand language were developed. Content, UX and UI development were validated through iterative design sprints and user testing to find the best solutions for the final design and build. The repositioning was very successful – exceeding all KPI metrics.
